By approving an estimate, scheduling service, making payment, or allowing Skyline Exterior ("Company") to perform work, the Customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Estimates
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional labor, materials, or unforeseen conditions may require a revised price, which will be communicated before additional work is performed whenever possible.

2. Scope of Work
Only the services listed on the approved estimate or invoice are included. Additional work requested by the Customer will be billed separately.

3. Property Access
The Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area and ensure water and electrical access is available when required. Delays caused by restricted access, pets, vehicles, or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

4. Weather
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including rain, high winds, lightning, excessive heat, or smoke.

5. Solar Panel Cleaning
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective panels, loose mounting systems, or manufacturer defects. While cleaning may improve efficiency, no specific increase in energy production is guaranteed.

6. Gutter Cleaning & Repairs
Cleaning removes accessible debris from gutters and downspouts. The Company is not responsible for existing leaks, rust, hidden damage, clogged underground drains, or structural issues. Repairs are limited to the work specifically listed on the estimate.

7. Soft Wash & Exterior Cleaning
Soft washing safely removes dirt, algae, mold, and mildew using low pressure. Existing oxidation, fading, loose paint, deteriorated caulking, or hidden defects may become more noticeable after cleaning. Some stains may not be completely removable.

8. Brush Removal & Tree Trimming
The Customer is responsible for identifying property lines, irrigation systems, and underground utilities. The Company is not responsible for hidden tree defects, disease, storm damage, or natural limb failure after service.

9. Junk Removal
The Customer confirms ownership or authority to dispose of all items. Skyline Exterior will not remove hazardous or prohibited materials. Once items are loaded, they become the property of the Company and cannot be returned.

10. Existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including dry rot, pest damage, structural defects, aging materials, or improper installation. Liability is limited to damage directly caused by proven negligence.

11. Customer Responsibilities
Before service, the Customer agrees to secure pets, close windows and doors, remove fragile items, move vehicles if necessary, and disclose any known hazards or damaged areas.

12. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest, collection costs, and applicable legal fees as permitted by California law.

13. Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits for reserved appointments or special-order materials may be non-refundable. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or where work cannot be performed due to Customer-related issues may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.

14. Warranty
Skyline Exterior provides a 30-day workmanship warranty covering defects directly caused by our workmanship only. This warranty excludes normal wear, weather, wildlife, manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, and future dirt or organic buildup.

15. Photos
The Company may photograph the property before, during, and after service for documentation, training, insurance, and marketing purposes unless the Customer requests otherwise in writing.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Exterior's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

18. Acceptance
By approving an estimate, scheduling service, signing electronically or in person, making payment, or allowing work to begin, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
